H.R. Houston Community Leadership Award
Purpose: To recognize the efforts of an individual who serves the community through distinguished leadership.
Eligibility: Open to all Leadership Collierville Alumni.
Criteria: The award reflects positively on the Town of Collierville and the organization, focusing on a record of service and leadership demonstrated primarily within the Town. Consideration is given to whether the leadership goes beyond the call of duty or professional job requirements.
Selection: Recipients are chosen based on the quality of their impact rather than the number of nominations received.
Jeff Abeln Outstanding Alumni Award
Purpose: This annual recognition is designed to encourage active alumni participation and celebrate graduates who embody our mission through a proven record of continued volunteerism and current involvement with the program.
Eligibility: Open to all graduates of the Adult Leadership Collierville program.
Criteria: The selection committee seeks outstanding alumni who demonstrate mission advocacy by promoting Leadership Collierville within the community. Nominees should possess an exceptional service record as a past graduate, specifically through continued volunteer efforts and significant involvement in programs, events, or initiatives throughout the year.
