Current Program
Leadership Collierville has a eight-month adult program beginning with an Opening Retreat in September and ending with graduation in May. More details about the monthly programs are as follows:
Opening Retreat
An opening retreat in September allows participants to become better acquainted with each other. This retreat promotes teamwork and delves into various individual leadership styles.

Business & Economics Day

Altruism Day/Closing Retreat
Closing Retreat centers on reviewing the events of the class year, reflecting on lessons learned, and planning for future projects. Discover more ways to become a community leader.
Graduation
The program closes with a special graduation ceremony in May.
Selection of Class Participants
Leadership Collierville participants will be selected by a review committee on the basis of completed applications. Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to their potential for leadership, would contribute to the overall diversity and strength of the class and have available time to commit to the program and future community service. The program is limited in number and participants must live or work in the Collierville area.
Requirements for Successful Participation
The program runs from September to May. It is necessary for the following requirements to be met in order for a participant to graduate. There are seven sessions, plus Graduation. Attendance at each of these sessions is mandatory. Except in truly unavoidable situations, punctuality and maintaining presence for the entire session is required. Where a personal or business crisis arises, the participant is required to make up any missed session according to any guidelines established by the Program Committee. Under no circumstances may a participant miss any portion of the Opening Retreat. Failure to attend the entire Opening Retreat will make it impossible for a participant to continue in the program.

Applicants will be billed for the tuition upon their acceptance into the program. The tuition may be paid by the individual, employer, agency, organization or other source. Tuition may be paid in full, quarterly or monthly with first payment prior to first class session. Checks should be made out to Leadership Collierville.
